Abstract
RESUMEN: El objetivo fundamental del presente artículo recae en exponer las claves sociales, económicas y mentales que intervinieron en la isla de Gran Canaria para la instauración de los cultos del Rosario y el Dulce Nombre, así como sus diferentes grados de aceptación social. Palabras claves: Dominicos, culto religioso, Gran Canaria, Edad Moderna. ABSTRACT: The main objective of this article lies in exposing the social, economic and mental keys that intervened on the island of Gran Canaria for the establishment of cults del Rosario and the Dulce Nombre and their different degrees of social acceptance.
