Desamortización y patrimonio histórico-artístico del convento de Santa Cruz la Real de Granada. Identificación y destino
Abstract
RESUMEN: La aplicación de la desamortización de Mendizábal sobre el antiguo convento dominico de Santa Cruz la Real (Granada) duró un siglo. La extensión, ubicación y solidez del complejo monástico condicionaron su distinta fortuna, quedando pronto fragmentado en unidades patrimoniales bajo administraciones públicas y privadas, asociaciones y particulares. Una suerte pareja correría el cuantioso patrimonio mueble, que ha podido ser reconstruido mediante el análisis de los diferentes inventarios de bienes elaborados. The effects of the disestablishment of Mendizábal on the old Dominican convent of Santa Cruz la Real (Granada) lasted over a century. The extension, location and solidity of the monastic complex conditioned its different fortunes, soon being fragmented into patrimonial units under public and private administrations, associations and individuals. A couple of luck would run the large movable heritage, which has been reconstructed by analyzing the different inventories.
