Abstract

Special mention is made of the new dimensions reached following the foundation of the Convent of Saint Peter Martyr of Verona in 1636, the last one of the Order of Preachers in the province of Aragón. For this we have recourse to a wide diversity of documentary and bibliographic sources, and to the religious artistic legacy preserved today. Keywords: Order of Preachers, Convent of Saint Peter Martyr of Verona, Borja, devotions, rosary, brotherhoods, popular religious practices, art, iconography, 15th-21st centuries.
