La figura del beato dominico fray Francisco de Posadas en la Córdoba de los siglos XVII y XVIII
Abstract
ABSTRACT: The goal of this work is the study of the Blessed Dominican friar Francisco of Posadas, one of the most influent figures in the Cordova of the last third of the 17th century and the first years of the following one. The most relevant points addressed are the influence in highlight how the stigma of social status difficults the entering in the order, an obstacle overcame at the end that enables the active pastoral work carried out in the period 1674-1713. The charity with the poor, the sick, the bishop dignity resign an the diatribes against theater are relevant aspects of the trajectory of this conventual friar of Scala Coeli that Cordovan society recognizes.
