Abstract

El pasado 27 de noviembre de 2024, tuvo lugar la segunda edición del seminario «Nuevas tendencias historiográficas para el estudio de las órdenes religiosas», celebrado en la sala Sant Jordi del Ateneu Universitari de Sant Pacià. Un evento necesario tras el éxito de la primera edición un año atrás. Este encuentro científico estuvo organizado por el Instituto Histórico de la Provincia de Hispania de la Orden de Predicadores (IHPHOP), la Facultat d’Història, Arqueologia i Arts Cristianes Antoni Gaudí del Ateneu Universitari de Sant Pacià; y el Grup de Recerca d'Estudis d'Història Cultural (GREHC) de la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Además de contar con la colaboración de otras entidades académicas como la Facoltà di Teologia, Pontificia Università San Tommaso d’Aquino di Roma (Angelicum) y el Centre d’Estudis de l’Amèrica Colonial (CEAC). El presente escrito repasa las ponencias que compusieron el seminario «Nuevas tendencias historiográficas para el estudio de las órdenes religiosas (II)».
